Chad B. Dodge
Chad B. Dodge founded Prime Factoring Solutions in 2019 to provide new & underserved businesses with vital cash flow solutions. Under Chad’s leadership, PFS has funded more than $75MM in invoices and has doubled its portfolio each year.
In addition to Prime Factoring Solutions, he owns Chad Dodge CPA, LLC, a full-service accounting firm based in Kansas City, which provides exceptional tax, accounting and consulting services to businesses, enterprises, and individuals.
Chad is a licensed CPA & veteran business consultant with more than two decades of experience. He’s an expert in tax services, compliance, financial risk assessment, corporate and partnership taxation, complex business strategies, M&A, HNW individuals and trusts.
Chad’s experience includes roles with several top accounting firms, including Deloitte Tax LLP, where he served as senior tax manager. At Deloitte, Chad led comprehensive domestic and international tax strategies and compliance for three NYC-based private equity funds and portfolio companies whose total invested capital exceeded $23B.
